Discovering the love of mountain living and their common interest in building custom homes, Billy Smith and Chuck Miller – general contractors – came together in 2000 to form Millworks Construction Services, LLC in the heart of Winter Park, Colorado. Since then, they have earned a reputation for building fine, quality custom homes.
Today, the general contractor team specializes in log homes, modern homes, remodels, and boat docks, and with the combined experience, the entire Millworks Construction Services, LLC team hopes to help you discover your dream mountain home.
Chuck Miller and Billy Smith, Co-Owners
Graduate of St. John’s University with a degree in Social Pyschology, Chuck dove into the world of construction management following graduation. His previous experience includes being an assistant superintendent of commercial construction projects for almost 10 years, before moving on to own his own residential construction company. Chuck has more than 30 years experience as a general contractor.
Also a graduate of St. John’s University, Billy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Following graduation, Billy’s first position out of college was as a construction manager. Since those early days as a construction manager, Billy has also worked in purchasing and product development, before coming together with Chuck to form Millworks Construction Services, LLC. Billy has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry.
